Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GeorgiaThe morning we were getting ready to leave my sister had just had surgery the day before and couldn't help load the car. When I spoke to the front desk to ask for a trolley due to me being disabled as well as having one that just had surgery were told they were in use and she would see what she could do about getting one. When explained that I was leaving at 10:30 it was " yea well I will check on one" and hung up before I even had a chance to ask if there was just anyone that could help us out. This caused me to leave almost a case of water and about 15 to 20 Krystal's in the room due to I couldn't make it back down there. Please have a look into management.
The first night was fine. Alot of outside noise and not just from the street upfront. The evening desk clerk was very sweet and attentive.

United StatesOne elevator was out of service. Furniture had damage and walls had been patched with a different color. Bathroom looked right out of the 70s except for the marble countertop. Wallpaper was old in the bathroom and mold was present.
