Dirty, out dated, pool water was dirty, water leaks in my friend's room, keys kept failing

Cleaning staff did not pass by my room often even to ask if we needed anything done. Kitchen did not have necessary items for someone that cooks a lot such as knives to use for cutting more pots with lids. Although we managed, I wished it was available. However, it was not enough to give this hotel a bad mark. It was great.

The room was the right size. Clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic. Pool and gym was great Breakfast was good. Easy check in. Close to a lot of stores. Close to my boyfriend's job. Excellent location. Great kitchen.

We requested a 1st floor suite and received email confirming request and were given room on 4th floor Stayed for five nights and never had housekeeping till the 5th day when we told desk and also told them not to bother now

The pillows for the beds are terrible. They are flat. For a king size bed it needs bigger pillows and firmer pillows. The pool didn’t seem clean. I saw stuff floating in the pool. And the water doesn’t seem clear

The TVs were all disconnected and we couldn’t easily figure out how to reconnect them so we just decided to use our devices and read.

The light options in the rooms could be better, there could be another dog station at the opposite side of the building. Could have more trash/recycling bins around the inside of the hotel rather than one per floor. Our room didn’t have hand soap at the kitchen sink, making it so you had to use the bathroom to wash your hands every time your going to eat or simply need to wash your hands.

Location was great for the purpose of the trip. We got an upgrade bump due to the last storm knocking the satellite tv out in the room. Maintenance was awesome. Gave candy to the kids for helping move to relocate since the tv’s didn’t work.Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean, breakfast was always busy and staff worked quickly to refill all the stations. Great well maintained yard for the kids to run and play with the dog. They have magnets for the rooms with pets which I find to be very helpful when traveling with furry friends. The zero products they use are natural and worked amazing. I constantly wash my hands and I didn’t even need lotion to keep them from getting dry. The conditioner was really good. The kiddos swam a lot and the chlorine can do a number on hair. I forgot detangler for after swimming but thankfully it wasn’t needed with the zero hair products.

The room looked like it was clean a while ago so the room didn't seem that it was inspected before turning the room to us. Dust and the garbage cans were filthy and bags half on.we didn't have any soap for the dishes either.

We all loved the breakfast!! Something to eat for sure! The pool was warm enough for my kiddos and the noise level was almost mute very respectful.

From the minute you entered the room it did not feel clean. The garbage cans in kitchen were rusted and smelled, the refrigerator door shelves were dirty, the refrigerator shelf at the bottom was extremely dirty as if it was mold, the bathroom smelled like a gas station bathroom smelling of horrible urine. The toilet looked like there there was years of buildup, looked like poop in the bowl . The bedroom reaks of horrible urine, the side closer to window. That room, #108 SHOULD NOT be rented out to anyone unless a deep cleaning is done. It was just straight up disgusting. We have stay here numerous of times and we never dealt with something like this. It makes me rethink of staying here again

Hotel is great and employees very helpful. I ran out of conditioner and they refilled immediately. The room was very clean and excellent tv channel choices. Tons of channels. Love this location
