I had requested to extend our stay on the booking.com app for the next night, as my mother had to be back at cleveland clinic at 6am the next morning for open heart surgery. Hotel staff or whoever confirms online bookings dropped the ball and never replied to confirm. When we showed up that evening they had no rooms available and my room was never confirmed or denied. Had to go find anothet hotel in the area to stay in

The shower was very slick. I almost fell. They need to have some kind of sticker to make it not so slick. The corridors were unswepted.

Towel changeovers were paid options. The appliances were good; there were no plates, silverware, cups or glasses. The breakfast was deplorable: coffee, instant oatmeal, and a few energy bars.

I'm old and need secure steps if use them. When at higher parking level the steps are not safe to get to lower level. They are slanted. I used the ground in a different area bec it was safer .

The desk person was very helpful . I only needed a couple dishes , silverware, And pan. - he got for me. He made sure I had a cart to get items to the room The door required. An extra strong weight to push the lever down to open. The guy opened for me..I was afraid of breaking something to push that hard room 201

Pool has been permanently closed. Breakfast was to be until 9:30 but at 8:30 all that was left were some boiled eggs and some nutragrain bars.

Room was comfortable and clean. Location was great (have stayed here before under different hotel name). Amply parking.

Pool is permanently closed, I knew this ahead of time but still needed the space so kept room. The air conditioner under or above our room was loud (the vibrations came through walls and floors). The breakfast was available (muffins, granola bars etc)

Room was big enough to accommodate 6+ and location was close enough to downtown for my event. Stores and food were close. My room was very spacious and clean however, other families that we knew who also stayed, said their room layout was odd and tight. Good price

I booked back in February for a 2 queen bed deluxe studio room and booking over booked so our room was gone hand to deal with a king bed deluxe room for 5 people. Also had black mold in bathroom from to much moisture.

Cable was terrible remote was broke but still worked though.

The refrigerator wasnt working good. The main door was difficult to open and close had to slam it all the time. Other than it was okay.

Outdated insides. There are unsaid charges at arrival for the plates, pots and pans. Breakfast was grab and go snack. Not a breakfast selection. Pool is permanently closed. Vending machine in middle doesn’t work. Staff knows but say they aren’t responsible so take a risk. Walls are paper thin! You heard every door close on your floor and every elevator ding if close to your room.(We were in room 14 on our floor). Pull out couch is not meant for sleeping, you sink into the 4in mattress 😩

There were a few things broken that we asked them to look at. We were told they would, we got back from kite concert and they still weren’t fixed. One being the sink stopper that wouldn’t go up so the sink was half full of water. The second being the smoke detector has a bad batty and it flashed a white light all night that light up the room There was no sleeping

There pool is permanently shut down. The breakfast they offered wad in a to go bag. We went there based on what they advertised online. It was a little disappointing.

Staff,excluding young lady that checked us in, was not pleasant. There were no working lights at entrance at night. Noisy hallway all hours- broken elevator

There was only one elevator, the pool was closed, and there wasn't any breakfast. There was blood on our curtains in the room. Hotel needs little updates.

By the hotel being a old Hilton it was modern but still needs update.
