I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable. I was allocated a handicap room, so the bathroom felt a little dated, but it was still functional. The hotel itself was quite busy during my stay, and I felt the reception area could have been maintained a bit better in terms of cleanliness. Aside from that, the service was good, and the room quality stood out as the highlight of the stay.

The area of the hotel is really meant for the conference so it's a 10 min walk to the main Sea Port area. When arriving late at night 10:30 there were no options in the hotel to grab dinner.

Checking in was smooth and checking out was smooth Cleners were great and location was great for the conference.

Nobody at the desk told me what was being charged to my bank account so I had 3 different transactions from the hotel that I didn’t know what they were for which I wish I was told at least what I was being charged for.

I loved that I got to be in the same building as the convention I was at it was very convenient, the rooms were clean and nice and everything was in walking distance.

The lobby needs an upgrade. Furniture in lobby was shabby looking.

The clean room with freshly laundered sheets. The breakfast was excellent and the people working in the breakfast facility were outstanding. They were polite, had smiles on their faces creating a happy atmosphere, and the food choices provided for all tastes. A special shout out to the gracious, warm hostess from Morocco who went out of her way to make sure your morning would be as perfect as possible.

I went to the restaurant attached to the hotel twice. The food was fair at best and overpriced.

Either walking distance to or short uber ride to about any place I wanted to go.

Reception staff could have been a bit more professional. System was down so they couldnt do anything to help any of my enquiries, eg. crediting Marriott points.

There was long queue for check out, no sign of drop key. We were on rush to catch a flight and had to leave without checking out. At the exit of the park the machine jammed the ticked and we had to wait long time for a lazy guy to fix the issue.

The hotel is nice and clean. The queen beds are seems a little smaller than usual. The blanket was a winter blanket, too warm for the season but is general is a good business hotel.

The price tag they give this place is not at all worth the room. You’re paying for the connection to the convention center. At almost 700$ a night this was ridiculous.

Well, I’d say that it was a bit disappointing the fact that I should pay extra for the parking although I was a client.

The Location, easily walkable to many good restaurants and shops. The room it was clean and big enough.
