We got an upgrade which was so lovely. The staff were all so kind and helpful. From the concierge team, Ousman who helped with our luggage to the Mexican lady at the reception Ximena* . The staff at Sorso and the all day dining restaurant were so lovely and offered Service with smile . The guest rooms were clean with all amenities.
