I had some alergy to newly cleaned carpets and the guys at the hotel specially Mustafa and his colleague Noham over met my expectation. Mustafa was really professional, changed my room with even a better view and was able to attend to all my crazy requests. These guys should be really in a managerial position as they know exactly how to deal with a difficult customer like myself. Hats off!
