Location was great, right near the main lift station and able to ski home. In room sauna, rooftop heated spa and wellness centre. Stunning views of the mountain and village. Panorama suite was very comfortable for our family of 4. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. The location was perfect for hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding the villages of Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. The staff was especially very sweet and caring. Very clean everything, the bed also very confortable. Having the sauna is also a plus. Breakfast also very nice. It the definitely exceeded my expectations. I will come back next year :)

Perfection. The hotel was luxurious, the staff kind and very very helpful, the breakfast and dinners were both varied and tasty. The saunas area great. The mountain view amazing and also not far (by car) from Serfaus-fiss-ladis ski area. Extremely recommended.
