Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. Half board included a great breakfast and a 5 course well planned and beautifully cooked evening meal. The wellness centre was a good pool and saunas to suit all requirements. Staff were conscientious in checking your drink charges for the evening meals were accurate and table service was quick and efficient for the many courses. Individual group needs were always effortlessly supported. Reception was amazingly supportive for multiple enquires, day sightseeing planning and organising transport.

Excellent location for motorcyclists eager to conquer the nearby Glacier Road, just 500 meters from the toll booth. Beautiful alpine environment, extra spacious room, separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub, balcony/window with mountain view. Supermarket nearby at walking distance, and also had a pleasant dinner at the hotel premises. The helpful, polite and pleasant personnel left me with the best impressions.

Everything. Beautiful hotel, stylish and clean. Amazing location with stunning views and a pond with fairy lights around. A relaxing beer garden at the front with tables under mature deciduous trees. Huge terrace with fantastic views of the snow-capped peaks. Quiet location but close to the Landeck town. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. So much attention to detail. Great food and ice cream desserts. Friendly and welcoming staff. Many beautiful walks and a swim lake very close to the hotel. Sitting area in the room and, of course, outstanding view from the balcony.
