SPA was definitely the highlight! The sauna/pool complex is bigger than one could expect. Hotel cosy, clean. Nice view from the room. Restaurant serves decent dinners and breakfasts.

So many small food details (2 types staffed small pickeled pepers, 2 tipes of olives, 5 tipes of chees, 3 tipes of sliced salamy, boiled domstic eggs just perfectly done, 4 tyles of bread, cheery tomatoes.Apple strudel, poppy strudel, nuts, creemy greek yogurt...what can I say more than excellent. We were moved to the sister hotel which was a great location right opposite where the ships stop. Frau Pichler is very welcoming and fun, the restaurant has a lovely garden area, staff is great, we borrowed e-bikes from the hotel, the room was nice, breakfast was nice, the whole package was just perfect

The hotel’s location was fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. Parking was free, which was a nice bonus. The check-in process was smooth, and we received our room key earlier than the official check-in time, which was great. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety to choose from. There was a minor issue with the coffee machine not working, but the staff addressed it immediately, which I appreciated.
