The location of the hotel is perfect. All the main sights of Vienna are within walking distance. The hotel is new, cleanliness is maintained daily, air conditioning worked properly in the room. The room is very cozy and stylish, the mini-bar is well stocked. I want to note Shukhran and Snezhana, they assisted me well with early check-in and check-out. I wish the hotel grateful customers and that they do not lose the high quality of the services offered.

    Everything! The location is great and the facilities are superb. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was greatly appreciated and wonderfully delightful. The sitting room with desk, lounge chairs and tv was perfect for relaxing after the day’s activities, leaving the beds fresh for sleep. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, larger size and linen is crisp and fresh. Bathroom facilities are amazing. Views from the windows are picturesque. This is such a treat for a first time visitor.

    What a perfect stay. Staff are genuinely helpful and excited to help you explore Vienna - outstanding service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were fabulous - all food fresh, tasty and artisanal. The hotel building is gorgeous, tastefully renovated and decorated. We got a free upgrade for our anniversary to a Large Suite which was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Would stay again Ina heart beat.
