Checkin was very easy and we also got upgraded as I was celebrating my birthday. Horizons cocktail lounge amazing drinks, staff and views (very relaxing and luxurious). And also the grand bar is always lovely, with DJ and very friendly security staff- so welcoming throughout our experience.
