SingaporeVery approachable staff. Staff knew that we were on honeymoon and went the extra mile to greet us. Staff gave us recommendations to see wombats which were spot on. He even addressed all our concerns regarding the trip to cradle mountain. I would say that the staff exceeded our expectations which made our stay very worthwhile.

Lovely cabin which was toasty warm from the log burner upon arrival. Excellent facilities and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Spa was perfect, and cabin is very private and isolated. Could see and hear wallaby’s and birds directly outside balcony. Staff were lovely. DVD’s available at reception, as it has players in cabin. The guest lounge area was warm and comfortable. from a wonderful fire lit for our comfort, a lovely place to relax. The dining area was cozy, meal was delicious. The jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax the muscles are all the walks that we did at Cradle Mountain. Himalayan bath salt was also provided which was great. We travelled for our honeymoon and when they found out, they upgraded our room and gave us a free breakfast.
