    I mentioned it was our anniversary & asked for a late check-out & not only did they oblige but we were also surprised with wine & chocolates in our room! Brittany on the front desk was lovely to deal with.

    Great location that provides a relaxing setting, within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Nelson's Bay. Hot tub and spa were great. Check in and out process easy. Bottle of wine on arrival was wonderful.

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed there plenty of times, this time was for our 5th Wedding anniversary. Complimentary bottle of wine and free room upgrade for an anniversary present was a very nice surprise. Thankyou for the wonderful night.

    Our room was lovely and super spacious, and the staff were so kind!! I mentioned it was our anniversary and they gifted us a bottle of champagne with a lovely note. This was such a sweet start to our stay 😊 thank you so much! They also had a pool and sauna we didn’t end up using but would’ve if we stayed longer ! Highly recc, great value plus the little nel cafe does great coffee x
