1. Great location – very close to the train station. 2. The staff were friendly and helpful. 3. Clean and comfortable. 4. Free water, coffee, and tea were provided. 5. The bed and pillows were super comfy. 6. The shared areas were really beautiful. 7. Lots of great restaurants nearby. All of this made my stay in Perth a wonderful experience! Maybe it’s just a cultural difference, but I was surprised that the bar next to the hotel started playing loud music around 10 PM and continued until 1 AM. 😳 In my country, that would actually be illegal. However, it didn’t really affect my sleep, and the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs, which I really appreciated.

The staff was super-friendly and explained all the benefits for families with kids such as having free kids meals when the parents eat in their restaurant which turned out to be an excellent deal. Also when we needed something the staff was always there to help us.
