Had a lovely meal at Bistro Guillaume. Our waitperson was from Peru and she was attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and we had a fab view of the river and Perth city. It was very nice to have the bottle of Champagne on ice ready for us to enjoy before our Anniversary meal at Nobu. We were able to add the Crystal room at check in to our stay for one evening a perfect start before the Chicago show.
