Everything went perfectly since my arrival to my departure. All members of staff genuinely care for their guests and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay. One member of staff even gave me a small gift which meant a lot for me and I will treasure forever. The hotel itself is in a a beautiful spot with great views on the Crooked Bridge and the river. The room was clean and had a view on the river. It was definitely one of the best places I have ever been! Thanks again to everyone who made my stay very special!

Everything was perfect. The host, Suzanna, is one of a kind. So friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. And the accommodation is perfect, right in the heart of the old Town but perfectly quiet.
