    Booked as a family group for a special occasion celebration. Location is fantastic, only a short walk to all the main attractions. Staff were fantastic, very attentive and helpful. Lovely start to the stay with a complimentary box of Belgian chocolates and a glass of champagne. If you’re looking for a hotel in Brugge with a little bit more luxury or romance than normal then this is the place.

    Rooms were big and clean. We were left a lovely bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Keypad to get in so no matter what time you return getting to your room is easy. Had a little fridge in the room plus kettle & hair dryer.

    Location Is superb, All staff are super friendly and hotel is very unique. Joris met us upon arrival and spent the next 10 minutes telling us where best to eat and what to do. His information was greatly appreciated and made our stay for our 25th Wedding Anniversary extra special. We did a boat ride tour and Hotel die swaene was pointed out as the most romantic hotel in Bruges.

    The hotel is in a fantastic location close to everything really. The main bar area is gorgeous, high ceilings and lovely furniture. Great service and just a luxury setting. Mini gym was fine to work off the frites! Very relaxing overall and the breakfast was delicious!!!

    This is a beautiful hotel and we were so impressed with everything! The room was really lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. We were given an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The hotel feels really opulent but at the same time really relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great variety and choice - more like a breakfast you’d get at an all inclusive! The location of the hotel was fantastic - 3 minute walk into the centre! Would highly recommend, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!

    It’s a beautiful, romantic hotel, located right in the middle of the canal - prime location! The front desk staff always went over and above and always greeted us with a friendly smile. I even received a lovely note and some chocolates to help me celebrate my Birthday which was extra special.
