Fantastic central location with easy parking. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and staff went out of their way to provide a 5 star service. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend this family friendly hotel.

The fact that this is more than just a place to stay while we visited Ypres was such a wonderful surprise . From the moment we arrived the attention to our comfort was paramount for Sofie. Both she and her husband had time to talk and gave wonderful suggestions for places to visit and to eat out. The room was delightful and so comfortable with every little extra available , such as toiletries and lovely clean towels every day. Outside of the room the quirky breakfast area was fantastic and the presentation each morning was a delight, the area also provided coffee, tea and hot chocolate whenever we wanted. The decoration of the house was so creative and the Christmas atmosphere made everything twice as pretty. My husband and I will certainly return to this unique and happy accommodation any time we visit Ypres.

Superb location, a short walk into town and the Menin Gate. As soon as we arrived we were met by our hosts and made to feel like friends not guests. Beautiful rooms and the bedrooms were homely and amazing. I have to say in all my years of travelling this is in my top three.

The location was excellent, just outside of Ieper on a quiet road. Many important sites from the Great War are nearby. Rooms and breakfast were very good, all situated in a beautiful building. The overall price-quality ratio was excellent.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, staff amazing and breakfast was probably the best one we had on this trip. Full buffet breakfast with eggs, croissants, fruit, coffee, juices ... amazing. And a beautiful country location .
