The overall welcome was spot on. The patron was knowledgeable and welcoming sharing with us aspects of the house, locality and wider area. The room was just what was needed for us and was well provisioned. The breakfasts were the best with a huge choice of continental breakfast items. The host was attentive and provided the little extras such as towels for the Spa. It was a great place to stay for a few days.

The food and bread was MOLDY! All plastic food containers are from host his own fridge with broken plastic trays, milk chocopasta and juice bottles are opened and already used. Host is very rude and tells you to take your shoes off and lower the temperature before you go to sleep and when you leave. and the accommodation is really dirty! UNBELIEVABLE! Please don't go there!

The breakfast was very good, choice wise and quality wise, the breakfast room was very pleasant, it was quiet, there was table service and had a view to the garden. The room was also quite pleasant and confortable with a nice view. Finally, the spa was very pleasant and made the trip even more worth it.

Very spacious room with enormous bed! Friendly greeting from the staff. Close to restaurants.

Room, location, staff - all fantastic as always. I didn't get to dine in the restaurant this time but it has always been first class in the past too.

Radisson Blu Balmoral is surrounded by the Spa forests and neighbors Royal Golf Club des Fagnes.

The swimming pool was very enjoyable, we all found it very nice. The hamam and sauna were also very nice, our stay was a short one as we were only passing by, but we will definitely return :)

The hotel is situated in very nice ancient house with perfect proximity to the ski alpine station of Spa Club. Excellent breakfast, beautiful interior and very kind owner!
