Room had a great view on São Paulo’s skyline, and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast room looks fantastic with all the plants. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It is big and super well stocked with weights, machines, including some that you wouldn’t usually see in a hotel gym (stairmaster for example). It is also accessible to external users I believe, but it was never too busy when I went. The pool is great, and makes it hard to believe you are in the centre of Sao Paulo. Staff was nice upon check in and check out and spoke great English.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a fantastic experience. All of the staff were very friendly, looked after us (especially as our Portuguese is limited) and made our stay very memorable. We loved all of the facilities - the gym, spa, restaurants, pools and rooms all are setup to a feel luxurious. We would recommend to anyone visiting to São Paulo looking for a luxury and relaxing hotel stay.

The two of us had the four-bed room with balcony and it was wonderful! A quiet green oasis, very clean and well maintained. A wonderfully fresh scent and very friendly and helpful staff. Great area, not far from bars, restaurants and cafes.

    Great location close to Avenida Paulista, lots of restaurants, museums and things to do. The staff were really helpful with recommendations and helping us book activities. They also left us a bottle of wine and chocolates for our anniversary which was very sweet and a nice touch.

    We stayed in a lovely duplex suite and felt right at home there, it was wonderful. The suite was so spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. The bedroom was was exceptionally comfortable with a fabulous bed and the en-suite had a lovely jacuzzi bath. Kitchenette and living room were great too, couldn’t fault the place, loved it. The staff were amazing too, but especially Marcelo, an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel.
