We got an early checkin and upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was appreciated. Also got lovely chocolates and trail mix and card to note our anniversary. Very nice. The grounds are beautifully lit at night and it's easy to get from one the outer blocks into the main hotel. Rooms were warm and pool area lovely, especially the jacuzzies, of which there were 3! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The coffee machine and kettle were much appreciated and housekeeping restocked any used products each day.
