The host is the most welcoming person I've ever had the pleasure to encounter in a hotel. Kind, always ready to help, showed us many things we could do during our short stay and was overall a very warm person. Room was great, fridge had most necessities inside, great view from the hotel and it's in a super calm part of town, and only a 5 or so minute drive from Interlaken. Totally recommend staying here

We had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and consistently prompt in responding to our messages and assisting us with any inquiries. The room was cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities, along with a stunning view. The breakfast provided a wide selection, and they even prepared scrambled eggs upon request. The location was convenient, with a nearby bus and train stop that made it effortless to travel to Interlaken and the surrounding region.

Excellent is the only word I can say about this hotel. Location, comfort, cleanliness, stunning views, staff, breakfast , you name it and everything was perfect, definitely recommended for families ( I was with my 2 kids)... Location is very easily accessible from interlaken ost via bus 102 - direct stop at ringgenberg post, 2 mins walk from hotel Comfort - excellently designed rooms with balcony which have a stunning lake views, i think one of the best views of the lake... Staff - very welcoming and accomodative... Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety... In all a very very good place to stay...definitely recommendable...
