The alpine contemporary decor gave the hotel a very classy chill atmosphere. The balcony on the reception floor overlooking the mountains is beautiful during the day but also the night for stargazing. The pool and spa area are nice and the deck to sunbath on is very useful for relaxing in the cool breeze after the sauna.

Hotel Alpenrose took us in last minute after we had to move from a terrible hotel nearby. Very welcoming and friendly, received an upgrade which was fantastic after a long day’s travel. Superb dinner too.

Conveniently located to reach the Gstaad center in less than 5 min. Lovely and quiet area. Firendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The rooms are beautifully decorated in a homely fashion. The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, an absolute delight to stay at the hotel.
The spa area is another delight to relax and enjoy nicely heated pool plus sauna and steam bath rooms. The location is ideal if you want to use train or stroll in town close to all happenings in the lovely town of Gstaad.
We enjoyed thoroughly our stay and hope to visit it at another time again. Highly recommended.
