We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

What a lovely experience! Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice accommodation and great location. A few minutes walk to Interlaken West Station and COOP supermarket round the corner. City centre a few minutes away. Very clean accommodation and very good breakfast.

We lost our passports, cash and cards on the train when we reached Interlaken, however the hotel still allowed us to check in with our passport electronic copies and didn’t require us to pay a deposit. The hotel reception staffs were very helpful and showed us how to get to the police station and constantly checking on us to see if we are good. Thumbs up for the hotel and staffs!

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station.

Beautiful location of apartment on the grounds, lots of green space around us, facing canal and mountains - beautiful! Excellent breakfast spread, and fresh coffee/espresso drinks Clean comfortable apartment with kitchen and fridge, and 2 bathrooms and beds for 6 people. We used the laundry machine a lot too, conveniently in basement of apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I didn't expect to be in a 4-star hotel, and it took a long time to find it. Clean and tidy room with good heating, although the bathroom toilet was shared was also tidy, shampoo and body lotion were provided, although the shampoo was a bit dry for me. Nice breakfast! Very good experience!
