Everything! So cozy and elegant! Close to the historic city center - it can be reached by bus (there's a nearby station) or easily by foot (around 10 - 15 minutes), but this place is also quiet and relaxing! The stuff is really friendly and we felt welcomed. Breakfast is delicious.

I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!

Received a free upgrade to a room with an evening view of the sunset on the mountains. The room was huge! Bed was comfy and held multiple pillows. Robert was very conscientious and remembered our breakfast order every day. Easy transport into Luzern. Would highly recommend staying here.

I absolutely loved how central this hotel is. I was able to return to my room multiple times in a day, without it really taking time out of my planned activities. Dropping off souvenirs, taking a short rest after Mt Pilatus...and even just stopping over to change into dry clothes...the location is perfect. For European standards, my room was actually quite spacious. The breakfast was the same every morning, but satisfying and served beautifully. Should I ever visit Lucerne again, I'll be back!
