The hotel is beautiful and our room and view were amazing. Lovely complimentary meringues and water, a nice touch. The room was well appointed, a great coffee machine and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb.

On the sunny plateau of Melchsee-Frutt in the Swiss Alps, 1,920 meters above sea level, this hotel features a spa and an open-air lounge with mountain views. Stöckalp SMF Ski Lift is 150 metres away.

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

GRAND is an excellent family-friendly place to stay at a very good price (compared to the rest of the village). Lots of space in the common kitchens and fully equipped to cook pretty much anything (not only prepare snacks). Location is excellent, right at the city center and 5mins away from the ski lift (if you wanted to walk). The rooms are spacious, very clean and very warm. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The application is very nicely made and super handy. Will definitely choose to stay again if visiting the area.

Great hotel right in the middle of Brienz. Very clean, staff very friendly, very good breakfast, great restaurant for an evening meal. A hotel with character. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, service, food and cleanliness. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us.
