The view from the room balcony is amazing and the hotel is very comfortable. The staff were very supportive from the beggining to the end. It was my girlfriend birthday and they were always willing to help me with a surprise for her. Indeed they overwhelmed my expectations.

The young lady who checked us in at reception was so nice and helped with all we needed to know about the area .. the guys in the restaurant and the bar also extremely nice .. cocktails were exceptional! I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a better room. The room was exceptional. Ski room was great and opened up to the laneway that leads to the lifts, a walk of about 50m. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was in the centre of town opposite the COOP. The walk from the Stechelberg cable car was less than 5 minutes. Cannot fault the staff, they are the best in the business!
