We visited the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina with three friends for a relaxing getaway, and we were truly amazed! The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views that leave you speechless. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was exceptional, living up to the standards of a top-tier hotel. The Spa is incredible, even though we didn’t have time to fully enjoy its services. However, we were given an excellent tour, which convinced us of how well-organized and beautiful the space is. What truly made our stay outstanding was the hotel staff. Everyone was helpful and kind. Even when the kitchen had already closed, they managed to offer us food options with a smile and great willingness. A special mention must go to the hotel’s concierge, Mr. Corrado. He was unbelievably helpful and assisted us with absolutely everything! From organizing our transportation and suggesting activities to personally calling for train schedules and arranging lockers at the station, his support was invaluable and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. We want to thank him especially, as he is one of the main reasons we would love to return to this hotel in the future! Overall, the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina is a destination worth visiting. Excellent location, impeccable facilities, and staff that exceed every expectation. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely location,ice-capped mountains all around.Close to train station and bus stop.A bank for currency exchange and restaurant.Special mention Restaurant Bundi.Free pick up from station.Warm and welcoming reception,and very helpful staff. Hotel very spacious overall,lots of open spaces. Room well-appointed,large with all ameneties,even a balcony. Pontresina is a much better place to stay than St Moritz.Would recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.

It’s a wonderful location, a beautiful garden, very nice and newly renovated lobby/reception/bar and a fantastic Jugendstil dinner hall. The rooms have excellent amenities, staff are very friendly and forthcoming. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic. What is great is the supervised kids club with many activities for children.
