The staff is really friendly and helpful. Views from the hotel are to die for and theres plenty of food to choose from during breakfast. The hotel rooms are big and clean. The area around the hotel is very beautiful, and is close to the main places.

Extremely friendly personnel - very helpful and attentive! Very tasty breakfast with wide selection of food – everyone will find something delicious. It is not possible to get to the hotel by car – you need to take a train from Lauterbrunnen, what is not a problem, but you should be aware of it. I would gladly return in the future.

Wengen is an amazing location. The hotel is near the cable car and has a great view of the mountains. It is very close to the train station so we had connections to all the attractions. This property is a grand hotel with the most amazing views. We paid slightly more for a room with a view and I don’t think I’ve ever had such an amazing vista from a hotel room. The room was large with a balcony that we spent much time sitting on. We visited many of the surrounding towns but voted Wengen the best - it is small and absolutely gorgeous

Excellent customer service. Maria and Adam are amazing hosts as well as the other guys! Way beyond my expectation.Always ready to help and advise on any activities.
