Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.

This property is a grand hotel with the most amazing views. We paid slightly more for a room with a view and I don’t think I’ve ever had such an amazing vista from a hotel room. The room was large with a balcony that we spent much time sitting on. We visited many of the surrounding towns but voted Wengen the best - it is small and absolutely gorgeous

    The pick up and drop off from the train station on arrival and departure were most welcome. As was the welcome drink. Study was a great place to relax with a beer, from the honesty bar, and the selection of books. Breakfast was great with fresh produce and a good selection. Room had a lovely view. Bed very comfortable.

    The staff were all lovely and so helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing after a day on the slopes . To sit in the pool and look out at the Alps- amazing!

    All you could want from a buffet breakfast with a perfect view over Wengen and the mountains A superb pool and jacuzzi with a view open from 7am - 10pm - both lovely and warm to recharge the muscles after skiing. They even noticed Mark's birthday and left him a card and chocolates :)
