Close to everything! Clean and comfortable beddings. We can store the luggage if we are too early to check in and too late to check out. I super loved the breakfast they provide just opposite the hotel. The ladies there are giving me so much energy in the morning with their smiles and good vibes. Nice morning view of the Matterhorn in the outside terrace. Loved this hotel and good value for money. 5 stars!! Thank you and hope to come back!

The hotel is located within the main tourist area. Its a very beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wellness spa is beyond my expectation. Just wonderful. No words to explain. Its close to the train up the mountain. Its just gorgeous. Worth every penny.

We absolutely loved the rooms and all the wonderful facilities (the shuttle, pool, sauna), and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. This hotel is AMAZING! The staff is very friendly, making you feel right at home. Everything is very well taken care of, extra level of comfort, and the matterhorn view is exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and i highly recommend!

The spa is amazing—very unique! It's easy to spend 2-3 hours enjoying the facilities. We also booked daily massages, which can also be highly recommended. The other delight is the cinema in the basement: a full-scale cinema running arthouse movies—very cool! The breakfasts also deserve mention - very good!
