New ZealandThis is a family-run hotel with the whole family pitching in. They were delightful and keen to be helpful with lots of cups of tea, advice and assistance with purchasing tickets. It felt like I was staying with friends. Very little english, but fearless with using translation apps. Very thoughtful - gave me a bottle of water for the train home after dropping me at the station. The standout for this property was the staff. I wish them every success with their business.

The hosts are lovely. I stayed 2 nights. The first night I was the only guest and I met the family’s delightful 11 year old twin daughters.
