    Love this central location at the top of Nanjing Shopping Road and across from People’s Park. Loved the friendly Reception staff who wished me for my birthday, upgraded my room, and delivered a birthday cake to my room. It made my day very special. Our room was also ready a few hours early, and this was convenient for us and most appreciated. Also loved the amazing coffee shop in the lobby, and the lovely Chinese restaurant on 3rd floor and the revolving restaurant on 45th floor. This is a superbly run hotel.

    This hotel is luxury at its best. Everything about it is top class. Just the smell when you walk into the reception relaxed you immediately. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need and the breakfast is superb. The staff could not be more lovely and the location is perfect , especially for westerners This is the type of place you would want to live if you could. Cannot recommend enough. Please stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

    Loved this place stayed on our way out and back as a stopover. The lovely staff upgraded us this time and we had a suite on the second floor. The bed was huge and quality of bedding and towels all top notch. It’s a great location and walking distance to the main areas. Also has a great couple of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend.
