Everything is outstanding, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Christopher (charming and professional on equal measure) at the check in. The hotel has a great location, quiet and really safe, streets are really green and easy to walk. The room was perfect, bed really comfortable, spacious room. The whole team was always ready to help with a very positive attitude. Breakfast was perfect too as it was the staff in the restaurant, truly attentive. The hotel has the perfect location to visit the main spots in Medellín, a metro station a mere 10 mins walk which serves the one of the main lines. All in all, a little gem of a hotel in Medellín. Saludo a Christopher who went the extra mile lending us his spare metro card for the duration of our stay. Gracias a todo el equipo!!

Excellent location with peace, serenity and birdsong a five minute walk from everything. Uphill climb to walk back but that served as excerise. Great breakfast in lovely patio setting.

Everything was amazing my friends and I loved it there The breakfast was amazing and the lady that cleaned our room and there was this guy at the front has been very helpful and he speaks English,the location is great and you can walk around easily and you don't have to worry about check out time 24 hrs service.
