The location is excellent, literally a 4 min walk to Schloss Johannisburg and old town, and only a few minutes from train station as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. I could check in early, because my room was ready, and leave my suitcase after check out for a few hours. Breakfast was excellent. So much to choose from, and all really delicious. Also a good range of vegan options. Room was very comfortable and quiet, even though it’s near a busy road. Bed and pillows also were comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was joy as I was greeted by Michelle each monring with a big smile. She was able to take of my requests and often would have the table prepared prior to my arrival for breakfast. Checking in and out was easy and room was kept clean everyday.

It was close to the walking old section of town, easy access to the little amount of sightseeing we had time to do.

We actually stayed at their sister hotel The Wilder Mann. We arrived earlier than expected and they upgraded us to room that was already available at the Wilder Mann. It was our last night in Germany and it was perfect............the staff, the room and the breakfast.

Super friendly staff and the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory. Even offered us a better room with a balcony if we wanted.

The Klingerhof is located very quietly. it is easy to find a parking spot. Having a car is very helpful to get to the sights near by.
