Fantastic in every respect. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Really friendly, knowledgeable and acommodating staff. The dinner offering was varied and was of excellent quality. A great breakfast too. Such a lovely hotel.

The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything one needs. There was a desk with two chairs, a closet and even a small balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and we were able to work in the newly created open work space. Breakfast is decent, not huge but nice options and everything was tasty.

Location was great only a few minutes walk to the market place and Minster. The parking was good in a multi-storey with access to hotel via lift. The staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
