The buffet meals provided a good selection of choices and the AI Cat waiter was fun to watch at breakfast. We initially booked a non-AC room because we didn’t know the hotel had AC available. We were sweltering. So we asked for any fan or anything and they actually upgraded us at minimal cost and we moved to an AC room. The staff stayed after their shift to assist us with this. Really above and beyond. Room superbly furnished and comfortable, with welcome wine and online check-in. You have to book online also a seat at the breakfast/dinner table, but all works fine. The city is incredibly romantic, close to the Bastei Brücke trail. The staff was really nice, the room was beautiful, and the installations incredible. We used the sauna every evening and it was really nice to relax after so much walking. I have to say the breakfast was great, but the dinner in the restaurant was extraordinary!
