I liked the hotel entrance design. The restaurant staff were very nice. Check in and check out process was also very smooth.

The rooms are very comfortable, with a nice balcony. The hotel is right next to the beach, with a number of restaurants. The staff members are very friendly. They have helped us call a taxi to go back to town the day of checkout--an effort that we have really appreciated.

Beautiful old maison, spacious and bright rooms with big bathrooms and great views out towards the gardens. Lovely breakfast room and terrace where you can sit and have a drink in the evening. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

The person at the reception is really nice , helpful and smiling . She helped me navigating the Chaotic Biarritz city center to arrive at the hotel with my car .
