    The hotel kindly upgraded us so our room was excellent. The weather was terrible so it was nice to be able to relax in comfort. Location couldn't have been better and the staff on reception were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

    The receptionists were lovely, they gave us good tips to have breakfast in town after offering the hotel breakfast and also where to go sight seeing. we were only 1 day in Toulouse, their private parking is amazing and the valet was friendly, we needed to go back and forth to the car the whole time and not once was anyone annoyed. We got a free upgrade for the room, the bed was amazing. 100% recommend
