Several guests complained and the staff did nothing when we complained on checking out they did nothing but off a room upgrade next stay! The facilities are great, the pool is nice and warm and a lovely big jacuzzi. We had breakfast included and it was delicious, a fantastic selection. We stayed here to go to the Harry Potter studios which are less than half an hour away. It's a great location for exploring different areas and the onsite car park has ample parking.
