Nice comfortable bed and room, small bathroom and shower but did the job. Friendly proprietor, lovely breakfast with excellent selection of fruit, wide choice of cereals and all you could expect from the cooked course. Tram stop directly opposite and a very reasonable price.

Helpful staff very clean and accommodating staff Will definatly be returning. My wife struggles with stairs and the owners had informed us if we had let them know we could have had a lower floor, but it will not preventing us from returning.
