We were greeted by the lovely Felicity on reception and when we had a question about changing rooms we were given a beautiful complementary upgrade and was greeted with birthday gifts which was an excellent touch. This made our stay. We stayed in the suites by the lake and this was beautiful. Would definitely recommend, they couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back!Guest review byChristieYoung couple

Rooms were lovely as was the spa facilities. As it was our anniversary we arrived to a card, rose petals and little swan towels- little lovely touches that made our whole stay fabulous! 12pm check out is great too! The bed was comfy, however the pillows were not so great. The bath and shower were lovely and the soaps etc smelt lovely. The breakfast was an £37 buffet for 2 which we filled up on and it was delightful.
