Location was excellent!! Right in the heart of Conwy castle zone. All the staff was helpful and pleasant!!! I love the room decor!! Very cosy! There's nothing we didn't like..one of the few hotels we have stayed that's ...awesome!!!

What a beautiful location and such history to the building. We said in the Inn itself. Lovely room . Tea and coffee available. Great shower. We had a lovely dinner outside . And a good breakfast the next day. Lovely decor in the rooms. A really cosy hotel. Loved it . Parking across the road.

The rooms felt modern without detracting from the victorian history of the hotel. Our bed was large and clean with a fabulous view of Llandudnos promenad. In the morning we were treated to a generous breakfast with hot teas and coffee. It was a fantastic start to our stay in Llandudno and would highly recommend staying here.
