We had an issue with our room so we were offered another one straightaway . The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a little bit of luxury. It was lovely. We loved the pool and jacuzzi too. The service was absolutely fantastic, the staff pay attention to every detail. Our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. It was large and airy and the bed was so comfortable! The outdoor pool area was wonderful and the spa was nice also. We also enjoyed the jazz band that played on Saturday evening. The location is great. It feels secluded but there is easy access to everything. It was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back!Guest review bySarahYoung couple
