The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of ventilation, so the room was the perfect temperate. There were private quiet places available to sit outside to relax and a lovely comfortable sofa in the room. The staff were lovely at all levels, and nothing was too much trouble. The little treats in the room (cake, biscuits, chocolates on pillow) were a finishing touch that made the visit extra special. It is in an amazing location so close to the city centre. The staff were so kind and friendly. They also wrote us a card and gave us chocolates as a present! Comfortable bed, massive bath which my very tall partner could actually fit in!! Upgraded to a suit and lovely welcome card and gift. Really friendly house keeping team. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Absolutely amazing evening meal and lovely choice of tasty breakfast. For a 3 star hotel in the centre of harrogate its well worth the money.
