Excellent location. In the centre of Lytham. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Beach and train station nearby. Staff were very engaging and helpful. Except value for money on a very busy weekend when other accommodation was fully booked.

The hotel staff were lovely and the hotel room was very clean the bed so comfy. The sea view from the balcony made the weekend. It's a 10 minute walk in to the town. Try fifty four restaurant if you like tapas.
