On arrival, parking was ready and very convenient for us. Check-in was immediate and helpful. We were upgraded and had a fabulous room. The Inn is conveniently located for touring the area, and the Staff were exceptional. Giles, in particular, was most helpful. It is a wonderful family Inn where all ages are made welcome.

This recently converted 200-year-old original mill house is located on the banks of the river Exe in Exeter.

Beautiful location, fantastic rooms with views of the Exe, wonderful premises, great food and lovely, helpful staff. Also, for wine drinkers, the Lyme Bay Bacchus white they serve is delicious! Highly recommended.
