AMAZING! Everything was outstanding! Mom and me wanted to come to Marin hotel for some years now and we were not disappointed to say the least. Room was big and comfortable, breakfast (and lunch/dinner) was delicious, parking is easy (when hotel parking is full, you can park by the street in front of hotel - free of charge). Location is great - close to Whitstable, castle and amazing for sea front strolls! Would highly recommend.

Wasn't expecting air conditioning in an older building like this, really helped because we arrived during a bit of a heat wave. Nice touch to have a continental breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. Very close to the city centre and walking distance from the cricket ground - we had come to visit some friends and see Kent vs Durham.

The staff were lovely, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide choice and cooked to order. The room was very clean and well equipped with tea, coffee machine, biscuits, water. We booked last minute and had a city view room as that was the only one left. We were really happy in it but know that the sea view rooms are amazing. The hotel is in a quieter, relaxed location but easily walkable into town.

The hotel was lovely. We loved our room which was very comfortable and the furnishings and the colours used were very relaxing. The location is great, only a 10 minute drive to Whitstable and you feel like you are staying in the countryside. It was so quiet too which we loved. Staff are lovely. Really enjoyed the breakfast too. Bed super comfy! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Hotel was in a beautiful location. There were plenty of tables and chairs plus garden sofas on the terraces to sit and enjoy a drink and a meal if you wished. Fabulous location, small friendly hotel with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Short walk to town and Whitstable is a great place to visit. The staff at the hotel were so helpful & efficient. Breakfast was fantastic & the lady running the 'Breakfast Buffet Area' was a warm & friendly character that made us smile every morning and she couldn't do enough for us (same can be said for all the staff throughout the hotel) Highly recommend a stay here. Thank You.
