We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beachfront, offering stunning views and direct access to the sand. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was also exceptional, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. But what really surprised us was the complimentary kids menu, which was a lovely touch for families like ours. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with excellent service and amenities. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent location with its own beach with natural shade and beautiful sea. Breakfast was served in a dinning room with balcony overlooking the garden, swimming pool and the beach. The room was well maintained with air conditioning that was operating perfectly and nice balcony with the sea view. It was really convenient and nice that they offered the beach towels to the guests.

Didn't expect much from a 1 star hotel as was looking for cheap holiday, however it exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, clean (room service ever other day, toiletries, slippers, hair dryer, iron and board, fridge, and balcony), quiet, and close to the beach promenade (150m) where most restaurants and cafes were. Hotel has two floors and no lift, so something to consider if you have mobility issues. Shop on corner and supermarket one street away.

Enjoying views of Mount Taygetos and the Messinian Bay, Hotel Fotini offers accommodation with a private balcony, 100 metres from Verga Beach.

The room/apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We were on the ground floor and had the swimming pool at just a few metres from our terrace. The swimming pool was fairly large, with few people by the pool, and it was only open during the day so no noise during the night. There was no noise from the road next to the hotel either. We had plenty of space to park. There was a bus stop nearby that could take you into town or along the coast. Walking to the boulevard was a longer distance but still doable. There was a supermarket a short walk away. All in all, excellent value for money.

The room itself was perfect: large enough, super comfortable beds, very nice bathroom, parking place in front of the hotel, efficient air conditioning (and centralized heating!!!), nice views from the balcony and 5 minutes away from the old city of Mystras! The breakfast is served at a taverna nearby, you can also have something for dinner in the same place. Still, we left with some mixed feelings about this hotel. Maybe because is just a new building that has no story to tell. But, strictly speaking about the room itself, all was over the expectations!
