The accommodation was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The room had everything needed for a few days' stay. Breakfast was very tasty. I especially want to point out that the host allowed me to check in earlier than the scheduled time. I hadn’t slept the night before due to a night flight, so that meant a lot to me. From me, it's a big +10.

I've already stayed in great hotels, however the Bluetopia is one of those places to stay forever. - clean rooms - completely functional rooms: you can note the details that the room was thought to be comfortable and completely useful. - the top-notch view of the sunset (stayed in Room nber 1) there is no better view in the entire city. - Perfect Location: 5 min by foot of Fabrika bus station. And inside the central part of Little Venice. - Breakfast is served in the room based in a day before selection. Yogurt, fruits, eggs breads, coffee, and sweets... very good and honest. - don't be afraid of the noise in the neighborhood, the acoustic isolation is amazing in that place. You will have a great night of sleep.
